Full buttock or butt strip waxing: a boundary checklist

Ask the studio to distinguish the area you want treated before choosing full buttocks waxing, a butt strip or an intimate-waxing option. The names suggest different coverage, but they do not establish the exact boundaries used by every studio. Confirm what is included, what should be left untouched and whether another service on your booking overlaps.

Start with the area you mean

You might be asking about the outer cheeks, the central crease, or both. Use the description that feels clear and comfortable to you. Ask the practitioner to explain the proposed coverage privately before any clothing is moved.

At Luté Beauty Studio, full buttocks waxing is listed at K210 and butt strips at K95. Separate menu entries establish separate listed options; the price list alone does not supply a detailed anatomical boundary or say that one always includes the other. 2 3

Compare related intimate options

Luté also lists bikini line waxing at K180, Brazilian waxing for the upper area at K250, Brazilian waxing with the inner area at K290 and Hollywood waxing at K350. Do not assume “inner area” necessarily means exactly the coverage you have in mind. Ask what each relevant option includes. 3

If you are considering a Brazilian or Hollywood service, ask whether the particular central or outer area you want is included, excluded or separately priced. It is equally useful to say which area you do not want waxed. A menu name should not be taken as permission to extend treatment beyond the agreed scope.

AAD suggests leaving Brazilian waxing to professionals because that skin is particularly delicate. That general advice does not confirm a studio’s package boundaries or establish that any one service is suitable for you. 1

Check overlap before confirming a total

Send the whole proposed service list in one enquiry. Ask the studio to identify overlap before you add individual prices together.

For example: “I am considering [listed intimate service] and want [description of area]. Is that covered already, does it need a separate service, and what would the total be?”

A full-body option is also listed at K1499. Ask for its actual included areas and exclusions rather than assuming it contains every intimate or buttock service. 3

Discuss preparation separately from boundaries

An agreed area and price do not resolve preparation or health questions. Mention unusual sensitivity, sunburn, a previous reaction or relevant medicines before booking. AAD advises against waxing sunburned or very sensitive skin and after isotretinoin use within the previous six months. Do not change prescribed treatment yourself to fit an appointment. 1

Ask what clothing or covering arrangement is used and what aftercare applies. You do not need to infer an intimate preparation routine from instructions written for facial waxing.
